Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, is a fun adventure RPG game for all consoles except the PSP. The game uses Marvel Comics superheroes like Wolverine, Spiderman, Captain America, Iron man, etc. etc., 24 playable superheroes and super villains in all.
Gameplay for this game is just like early X-Men Legends games for the Playstation, Xbox, and Gamecube. It has an over head top down view of the game, although in some parts of missions there is a side scrolling view, which looks great. Sometimes the camera will be stuck in a place where enemies can not be seen or other character can’t be seen. I would have to move towards the other characters on the screen.
Superheroes can be placed into a team of four of any of the available characters. Recreating The Fantastic Four, Classic Avengers, Classic X-men, Thunderbolts, or just random hero teams. Some of the characters have to be unlocked through recruiting missions. Where that Character will have to either fight alone or with a team against a lot of enemies and sometimes solves puzzles like planting bombs or using enemies that blow up cars. All of the missions are a little different for each character. Some of them even have bosses like The Lizard, or Scorcher.
The Superheroes can level up and gain new attacks with experience points, these attacks can do some good damage when the levels are high enough. Leveling is automatic though, which I would rather level up manually.
Superheroes can combine their powers and use fusion attacks, which are activated by moving the nunchuk left to right and then pointing with the wiimote and pressing A on another hero to team up with the hero who had fusion power, which does massive amounts of damage. They are stars power ups that can be picked up, but can be used only once until another is picked up. One of my favorites is the skeet shot for Deadpool and any other hero that can shoot projectiles, like Cyclops, Ms. Marvels, and Iron Man. Hulk and Spiderman have an attack where Hulk lifts a piece of the ground or a wall and throws to Spiderman who catches it with his web and smashes it on an Enemy. So Fusion Attacks are good and they bring back the heroes to life, so they can be used as medicine packs too. They are hard to find though. I usually get them after beating up so many enemies.
Also used in the game are medals or ribbons that can add defense, power, superhuman ability or Strength to the heroes.
Even the loading screens look great. Most of them use propaganda posters for the Marvel Civil War. Or Deadpool bored watching TV.
All the Superheroes say cheesy stuff when they are chosen; Deadpool has the best ones because he breaks the fourth wall and talks about being in a videogame like he does in his comic books where he mentions being a comic book.
This game is based off the Marvel Civil War series from Carvel Comics, where all super heroes were subject to superhero registration act, which drafted them for the government. Some of the heroes rebelled and formed an alliance with Captain America, and the others registered with Iron man. This series is similar to the Crisis on Infinite Earths by DC Comics because it changed the Marvel Universe forever, just like Crisis did for DC.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is a great game especially for Marvel Comics fans or RPG, adventure fans. It’s an adventure game with RPG element like leveling up character, and having teams. The only complaint was the camera moving where I couldn’t see the enemies I was fighting, and heroes can get stuck in some places. The game has frozen up too, but to me these are minor problems because I can keep moving the heroes around to get unstuck.
It’s a fun game there are tons of missions to play. There are 24 playable characters with unique abilities and it’s based on a great comic book series. A few minor problems with the camera and some traps for the heroes, but it still fun enough to play and it’s really long. Great storyline good voice acting, good CGI Animation cut scenes. I give it 8.5 out of 10.

This morning, while I was driving to work I was thinking about the creation of Adam and Eve. What led me to this is a couple days ago, my wife, said "I wonder who ever came up with being a doctor anyway?" I mean it is kind of an out of the ordinary job anyway if you think about it. I mean you're not really selling anything but your service to your patients. But this morning I was thinking about how God made Adam and Eve. I've heard this before, that God was the first surgeon, he fashioned Eve out of one of Adam's ribs while he was put to sleep by God. And Adam was made out of sand. Then I got to thinking, how can we believe this? the simple answer was because it happened and because God did it. Anything that he's done is believable. it always puzzles how people could believe in all these other religions and all these other Gods and they can't believe in Jesus Christ. Their stories always seem a lot more crazy to me than the story of the Passion of Jesus Christ. It's like it almost doesn't make sense to me for them to believe it. I don't want to disrespect these people or anything like that. I mean I've been wrong before too, but should they really be wrong their whole life? No, of course not, that's one of the key reason's why we should witness to people. I don't want to tell anybody how to live and I don't have to that's not our job really. It's just to share the love of Jesus Christ with people, and to love Jesus ourselves.
Another thing occurred to me while I was driving to get a drink for my lunch. I was listening to Spoken, an older song, "People Get Ready, (Jesus is Coming)," there is a part of revelations, (and I might be quoting this wrong) that says Christ will come back when every nation, every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Maybe it's when he actually phyiscally comes back to Earth. But it makes a lot of sense because he will definitely be here in all our hearts at that time. Jesus is still on Earth. Jesus is in our hearts, therefore in our minds.
I've been reading, Everyday Deserves a Chance by Max Lucado He wrote that by every day God is making you more like Jesus Christ. He's shaping you to be more like Jesus Christ more like himself. So that you can have a better life that you want to live a better life on, and it's not on your own merit, it's done with Jesus Christ.
