Weekend Warrior

Things are good, Heather and I are about to go to Tyler Texas, for Thanksgiving, which has been great the last two times we went there. We’re going to eat at this place called Juicey’s I love the name of the place already, to eat what my Father in-law calls the best burger he’s ever had. So I’m looking forward to this a lot. It’s always fun to go there and I’ve never gotten treated badly by any of them and I don’t ever suspect them to do that. I like her Dad’s family a lot.
Of course I’m going to eat Turkey and all the other wonderful sides that they always have. I could say more but it would just make me hungry.
Over the weekend where Heather and I watch football games and occasionally UFC events with friends I figured out that Competition really makes life interesting. Be it just watching other people go at it about something or doing it yourself. I’m not that competitive though. People can make anything competitive though and really most of things that they do doesn’t really matter in the long run but some like getting jobs for instance do. As Americans (and I’m sure others in different countries) we are a competitive nation. This is healthy, it prefects our strive to achieve and sets goals to make. When you reach these goals it feels really good. It’s a feeling unlike any other. A state of bliss if you will, so it’s really more than just sports it’s a spirit of attitude, and I’ve found out that attitude really helps me get through the day, because I know I can have a bad attitude sometimes or being a bad mood and people who know me can attest to this, but as long I’m positive I do feel better about what is going on.
This is a short blog entry about what had happened this weekend and what will happen during this week. I’m really someone who looks forward to the weekend as most people are I’ve gathered.
