It's been a good and long weekend. Probably one of more relaxing ones I've had in a while. I like to be busy and all but sometimes I would just rather sit down and watch TV.

I met one of Heather's friends who she used to be best friends with for years. She has told me a lot about him, and I thought I would meet him eventually. I'm glad that he still wants to be friends with Heather.

I like meeting people. I like people I remember a time when I really didn't, I was a very negative person back then.

Today at church, Pastor Harry Li, taught a message on personality, which is something that is vital to our lives. He compared each personality to a different animal, there was Lion, which was a strong leader type, Retriever, which was a supporting, cooperating team player, Otter, which as outgoing, friendly, talkative, relational type of person, and Beaver, which was a very organized structured, analytical person. I felt like I had traits from the first three, but now I see I have some of all four, but I still feel most like a retriever. I know this made the sermon more fun. He related these personalities to a story in  the bible about Jesus coming to eat with Martha and Mary. Martha was a beaver type and Mary was an Otter type. It's seems like they could clash with eachother, but the last verse they both begin eating with Jesus. So I can now see how both of them followed Jesus. I want to read what happened before now.

I was watching Iron Chef and the judges were eating rice out of a bone. I wouldn't want to eat anything that was in a bone. That's where I draw the line. Because I've eaten weird stuff before. I'm sure none of these chefs would think that anything I have eaten is weird. Shark, snake, squid, escargo(sp?), all not weird to them.

I called my mom today to wish her a happy mother's day. I got her a card, and Heather and I are going to get her something later. She isn't going to be here until friday for my graduation. Another busy weekend to be had. It should be fun.
